This policy explains how Vladyslav Finohenov, sole proprietor (Washington State, USA), operator of the Alfred SMS Reminders program, handles personal information collected through that program.
No payment information, no government identifiers and no location data are collected through this SMS program.
Solely to deliver the reminder messages described on the SMS Reminders page. Messages are transmitted through Twilio, our messaging carrier partner. The information is never used for marketing.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Phone numbers are never sold, rented or traded. Information is shared only with the messaging carrier strictly as required to deliver a message the subscriber asked for, or where required by law.
Message frequency varies, up to 10 messages per day. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately; one confirmation message follows and no further messages are sent. To have a phone number and its consent record deleted, reply STOP or email alfred@finvassist.com. Records are retained only while the subscription is active, plus the period required to evidence consent.
Data is stored in access-controlled hosted databases. Access is limited to the operator.
This program is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their information.
